The battle for America is on.
While Donald Trump amassed huge, seemingly insurmountable leads in key states across the country, Democratic officials went quiet in their cities, releasing no results until it was clear exactly how many they would need to win. And then, like a cascade, they poured out the numbers on Wednesday morning, claiming staggering early-vote margins that washed away the president’s lead in state after state.
Democrats have terrible policies for America, but give them credit for one thing: They know when to count their ballots.
In his razor-thin win in the 1960 presidential election, John F. Kennedy carried Illinois by less than ten thousand votes out of 4.7 million cast. Kennedy’s narrow victory was enabled by Chicago Mayor Richard Daley’s political machine. An investigative journalist found anomalies such as 56 votes cast from a single house, votes by the dead, and other stunts like swapping cash for votes. Following the election, three members of that machine were sent to jail for voter fraud activities, and more than 600 others were indicted before being acquitted by a judge allied to Daley.
Now, the same stunt is being pulled, on a far grander scale. The con was in the works long before Election Day. For months beforehand, the press bombarded the public with bogus polls showing huge leads for Biden in almost every swing state. On election night, these worthless polls were exposed, but they were still used by the press to justify not calling states for Trump. Now, they will be used to justify dramatic last-second swings into the Democratic column.
Republicans are asking for the election to be snatched away from them. That is the only honest way to describe it. They are standing around while the most banana republic third-world cities in America vomit up their votes at the very end. This is an invitation to humiliation.
For months, Democrats signaled they were ready to do anything to drive Trump from the presidency. Now, they’re delivering on that promise. They cannot be allowed to succeed.
But unless the president’s supporters fight back now, the steal will work. Here are the steps Republicans must take to win an election that is justifiably theirs.
1. Challenge every single ballot, in the Supreme Court if necessary.
Florida, America’s third-largest state, had no trouble counting all its votes in just a few hours. Texas, the second-largest, had almost all votes tallied by midnight as well. But in state after state with Democratic governments and favorable Trump results, the counting ground to a halt overnight. In Pennsylvania, officials announced that while votes were still being counted, they couldn’t possibly provide any more updates on the counting until the morning. Naturally, when updates resumed, they showed spectacular Biden gains that could end up flipping the state. In Nevada, officials have already announced vote tallies will be paused until Thursday.
There is more going on than just late vote counting, though. In Pennsylvania, the state’s liberal supreme court ruled that ballots can’t be tossed out for having signatures that don’t match state records. Even more egregiously, ballots count even if they arrive after Election Day with no postmark, even though having a pre-election postmark is a critical anti-fraud measure.
This is egregious, and the time to stop it in the courts is right now.
2. Hold rallies in contested states.
Color revolutions around the world claim legitimacy by putting up a facade of democratic legitimacy. A few thousand people in the street, even though they represent a tiny portion of the overall public, are used to claim mass popular support for toppling the government. Democrats have used this weapon to their advantage all year, turning out extreme left-wing protesters in large cities so that officials can justify radical policies on race and policing that nobody voted for.
In the days and weeks to come, Republicans cannot afford to sit on the sidelines. If they want the president to remain in office, they must rally in the streets as well, and vocally reject this coup attempt for what it is.
President Trump should immediately announce daily rallies in contested, corrupt jurisdictions in Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and even Arizona, Georgia and North Carolina if necessary.
3. GOP legislatures in swing states must move to seat Trump electors.
The Democratic effort is succeeding because they control the government in every deep blue city. Not only that, they crucially control the governorships in most of the contested states, meaning state bureaucracies will reliably side with Democrats.
But Republicans have an advantage of their own: In Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina, they have unified control of the state legislature.
If there is clear evidence of electoral fraud in any of these states, then Republicans in the legislature have a moral duty to try to seat the correct slate of electors. There is a clear precedent for this. The Constitution explicitly grants state legislatures the authority for choosing electors. In the 2000 Bush v. Gore Supreme Court ruling, the Court stated that:
…the State legislature’s power to select the manner for appointing electors is plenary; it may, if it so chooses, select the electors itself, which indeed was the manner used by State legislatures in several States for many years after the Framing of our Constitution. Id., at 28—33. History has now favored the voter, and in each of the several States the citizens themselves vote for Presidential electors. When the state legislature vests the right to vote for President in its people, the right to vote as the legislature has prescribed is fundamental; and one source of its fundamental nature lies in the equal weight accorded to each vote and the equal dignity owed to each voter. The State, of course, after granting the franchise in the special context of Article II, can take back the power to appoint electors. See id., at 35 (“[T]here is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume the power at any time, for it can neither be taken away nor abdicated”) [Legal Information Institute]
Legislatures retain this right precisely due to crises like this one. Republican lawmakers should feel no hesitation about defending the true majorities in their states from a thuggish effort to change the results.
President Trump and Republicans should immediately announce a willingness to send Republican electors to Congress if even the slightest hint of shenanigans should arise, in order to send a powerful message to the corrupt D.C. establishment mafia.
4. Persuasion campaign and infowar to flip grassroots public opinion in Trump’s favor. Convince the People it was stolen, but that we are going to fight and win it.
This isn’t just a battle in the courts, in the streets, or in the legislature. The coming battle is a battle of who can control the narrative and tell the better story. It is an infowar.
The Trump campaign, and Donald Trump himself, must tell the public what is happening: There is an effort to steal the election, but Trump already won and he is going to fight to solidify that victory. That means not conceding any of the Democratic Party’s lies about what is happening. The right must project strength and confidence and a fierce determination to fight the Democrats every step of the way, no matter the cost, up to and including GOP legislatures declaring the results illegitimate and sending pro-Trump electors to Washington.
The tech companies must be shoved aside by force and by any means necessary. Color revolutions are driven by narrative control, with the press and powerful corporations telling the public what they are allowed to think and what they are allowed to believe.
The most effective and quick way to overcome the left’s narrative control is for the President to schedule an appearance as soon as possible on the Tucker Carlson program, so he can speak directly to the American people about the blatant election steal unfolding before our very eyes, and outline the path forward to victory. Every American patriot who fought for Trump and stood in line to vote for him wants to hear that the President is not going to take this steal lying down, and he will do everything he can to fight for the integrity of this election and the will of the American voters. Furthermore, American patriots everywhere need marching orders.

Simultaneously, where are the indictments, grand juries, or Special Prosecutors by DOJ & Delaware officials for Hunter’s hard drive evidence of criminal conspiracy & worse?
Wray and Barr need to be removed TODAY. Mark Morgan or some other law enforcement bulldogs need to replace them and then unleash an absolute torrent or raids, warrants and arrests. Seize all materials, ballots and machines for forensic analysis. Let them cry foul… They’re a pack of criminals who should be behind bars. Had someone gone to jail, at least been indicted, we wouldn’t be dealing with this. Instead, Barr and Wray gave them all a pass, and now their emboldened.

The postal service/law enforcement cooperate together in a “mail cover service”, that photographs the front, and maybe the back, of EACH PIECE OF MAIL, to combat terrorism.
All that would have to be done would be to pull up the photos of those ballots mailed out, and match them with ballots returned. If they don’t match, there’s a possibility of fraud.
Furthermore, if ballots that have been returned can’t be found, that could be MAIL FRAUD, A FELONY.

I’m a 70 year old male, Vietnam Veteran, that has not witnessed a better President in my lifetime. No way the Demonrat crooks–in one night of ballot stuffing–were able to spread these out evenly to fit the voter rolls in every precinct, especially with super-high legitimate voter turnout to count against. I did a quick check, and the voter participation was 89%. Pretty high. Historically high, but not impossible. I also checked the vote count against the voter registrations in Milwaukee and Madison (the two most populous and Blue areas) and their participation rate was about the same as the rest of the state. I expected to find more votes than voters, but at least on the county level that was not the case. Could be different by precinct.
Unless more evidence is unearthed, it looks like Biden won the state because he carried a handful of the most populous counties by 60% to 40%. The rest of the state went Red by the same spread. Huge split between urban and rural.
Change the Biden split to 75% to 25% in the bluest counties.

One of the principle arguments of the President, both to the Public and the Courts should be “We are not trying to (or asking the Court to) put our (their) thumbs on the scale, but rather trying to (asking the Court to) remove the Democrats’ both feet and Truckloads of Fraudulent Ballots from the scale.”
You have to lay out the facts of every case of Voter and/or Election Fraud throughout the USA. You have to call out the Machine Politics and the intentional creation first of chaos and then of outright industrial scale fraud that pales that of past election cycles. Here again, the argument is that every fraudulent, duplicate or illegal vote that is counted and every legitimate opposing vote that is either discarded, destroyed or modified is nullifying the vote of an American Citizen and worse is corrupting the results of a free and fair Election.
This requires exposing all the misbehavior, all the intentional prevention of poll watchers from observing the count. This requires calling out the 4am dumps of ballots after claiming to stop the count and sending the Poll Watchers home so 100% or near 100% vote totals of over 100,000 votes for Biden (which is mathematically implausible at best and more certainly impossible) and clearly and blatantly can only be explained by outright fraud. What needs to be pointed out to the Court and the Public is that they are required to draw the only credulous conclusions when parties do everything they can to prevent the observation and proper administration of ballot handling and then the numbers are totally not credible, then the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they are intentionally committing fraud.
This does not require making logical leaps, it only requires opening your eyes and using your brain to come to the only rational conclusion. No one in the Public, the Press, nor the Judiciary can ignore the clear facts before their eyes. The very fate of the Republic is at stake. If the people cannot depend on the validity or integrity of Elections we no longer have a Democratic Republic, we have a banana republic. It is the absolute duty of the Court to avoid this result and for them to stand aside or ignore this is a severe abdication of their duties.

My wife and I are from Luzerne county Pennsylvania, we voted in person. I voted by a machine and my wife went to as well and was stopped because she had to do a mail ballot. She never requested one but one was sent to her because she switched from Democrat to republican. I have been republican for 10plus years. We checked her scan code this morning 11/5/2020 and it still was not counted! This election is rigged, everyone I know has voted for Trump. I wondered why Romney did not challenge election results after his unsuccessful bid for the presidency. There were stories about voter fraud then that went unchallenged. I read one report in a newspaper…but all reports of voter fraud quickly went away.
Now I understand why Romney did not challenge the voter fraud: his actions in the Senate have revealed that he is part of the swamp. Evidently, the swamp rejected his bid for the presidency.
The only way to settle this election mess is to employ the U.S. Military. Capture all the ballots in all the contested states, certify, verify and then count each ballot no matter how long it takes. Keep all the civilian politicians out of it. Then both sides will have to accept the results.
I don’t understand why we didn’t have a clearer stipulation on what is allowed and what isn’t. When the fraud is discovered and the rightful person that the PEOPLE elected gets in, the very first thing they need to do is address this. Mail in is fine on a local level where you can check signatures etc… But on a national level? No way. And look how it turned out.
Why is no one looking at Wisconsin? Hundreds of thousands of absentee ballot requests, with the county officials specifically telling people how to get around ID requirements.
These need to be canvassed to see if 20,000 fake ballot requests were made.
I have heard reports that in Georgia about 3%-5% said they made no requests when they were calling people to get their ballots fixed.
