That’s nuts.
Videos show the troubled father of Colorado nightclub shooting suspect Anderson Aldrich claiming supplements made him impervious to repeated kicks to his groin.
Entitled “Ouch my Balls,” the mini-series presents former MMA fighter and porn actor Aaron Brink shrugging off eye-watering blows thanks to Stevia sugar substitute and a substance called Arginine.
“Aaron Brink gets kicked in the balls in a business suit,” reads an introductory note in one of the productions, originally posted a deacade ago.
“I’m going to demonstrate the effects of Arginine,” Brink says, before giving assurances that he’s not wearing a protective cup.
Wearing sunglasses and a ponytail, Brink’s unidentified co-star then winds up and delivers a blistering shot to Brink’s nether regions.
After taking a moment to steady himself, Brink then pops several Arginine pills before subjecting himself to six successive kicks from his black-booted partner.
In another peculiar clip, Brink appears to hawk the services of a local lawyer by again inviting brutal boots to his testicles from an unidentified woman on the side of a rustic road, with the kicks so hard, Brink’s feet are lifted off the ground. The strange videos also proved popular, with one racking up 7,500 views and another reaching 11,000.
Brink’s estranged son, who identifies as non-binary, is accused of massacring five people in a Colorado Springs LGBTQ nightclub last week and was ordered held without bond at their first court appearance Wednesday.
Brink slpit from Aldrich’s mom, Laura Voepel, when his son was still a baby. After a career as an MMA fighter during which he claimed 21 victories over 10 years, he went into porn appearing in productions including “White Boys Can Hump’’ in 2016 and both “My MILF Boss 8’’ and “It’s OK to Put It in My Ass’’ in 2014, according to his IMDb page.
Brink also has an extensive criminal history, including convictions for battery against Voepel both before and after the Aldrich was born, according to state and federal court records.
In an interview with a San Diego television station Tuesday, Brink claimed to be a devout Mormon and said he was opposed to homosexuality.
“And then I go on to find out it’s a gay bar,” he told CBS 8. “I said, ‘God, is he gay?’ I got scared, ‘S–t, is he gay?’ And he’s not gay, so I said, ‘Phew…’”
Brink, who has had longstanding drug abuse issues, said he had thought his son had committed suicide in 2016 before Aldrich reached out to him six months ago.
Despite his admitted homophobia, Brink condemned Aldrich’s actions.
“Those people’s lives were valuable,” he said. “You know, they’re valuable. They’re good people, probably. It’s not something you kill somebody over. I’m sorry I let my son down.”
