Kellyanne Conway does not dish and tell.

Donald Trump’s former political adviser insisted Tuesday there was no amore in the air as she had a private, late-night meal with disgraced former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo at a famous Upper East Side Italian restaurant.

And while the unexpected meeting of political opposites had tongues wagging Tuesday, Conway insisted to The Post that the meal was “not romantic.”

“Italians prefer eating to Zoom. We could have invited his brother, Christopher, but it’s unclear that he eats carbs,” she added.

The Republican Conway, who is of Italian descent on her mom’s side, and Cuomo, 65, a Democrat, were photographed leaving Il Postino on the Upper East Side together around 10 p.m. Monday.

Cuomo is reportedly currently single, while the 55-year-old Conway is married to attorney and vocal Trump critic George Conway.

“Nothing romantic. I’ve known the [Cuomo] family for decades,” she told The Post.

Conway said the dinner’s menu for discussion included how they both had podcasts with the same company — Quake Media — and talk of various political issues on which they could find common ground.

“My policy portfolio included nonpartisan issues like veterans and the drug crisis, now worse than ever,” she told The Post. “Looking to re-engage on that and it requires working across the aisle. Sharing a meal with [former New Jersey] Gov. [Chris] Christie next week on same.”

One witness to the tête-à-tête backed up Conway’s “no-romance” claim, as they said Tuesday that the duo was “not affectionate” toward each other as they spent over two hours “drinking wine and talking.”

“They’ve known each other for 20 years,” another source confirmed.

On Tuesday, Cuomo’s sister, Madeline, bemoaned the fact that a meeting of two people on opposite sides of the political fence would get such attention.

“The idea that Andrew’s meeting with Kellyanne Conway has caused this much of a stir is frankly really sad, but speaks volumes about where we are as a people,” she told The Post.

“The level of vitriol and animosity has risen to new heights and people no longer understand what it is they’re disagreeing about in the first place.  No one talks about issues, but rather adopts the position of `their chosen leader’ and sticks to it, because that’s what they’re supposed to believe.”

Though both Conway and Cuomo — who reps declined to comment on details of the meal — flashed smiles Monday night, the duo were a long way from their former positions at the top of the political food chain.

Since he was forced from office following a sexual harassment scandal in August 2021, Cuomo — who has denied the allegations — has been reduced to a middling podcast host, while Conway’s one-time boss, Trump, is weathering multiple investigations amid the lackluster launch of his 2024 presidential bid. A Cuomo spokesman insisted later Tuesday that no diner refused to shake the ex-governor’s hand.

While some fellow diners reportedly refused to shake the former governor’s hand Monday night, Cuomo, who is apparently still in good graces in political circles. In a similar instance of reaching across the aisle — er, dining room — he was spotted in March this year chowing down with Republican Christie.

One month later, he was seen dining with New York City Mayor Eric Adams. Hizzoner was also a surprise guest at Cuomo’s 65th birthday bash earlier this month.

Conway is also battling what one source called the “war of relevance.” While she has confirmed that she will not work on Trump’s 2024 campaign, she recently appeared for an interview before the House Jan. 6 committee.

Trump and Cuomo were famously at odds while both were in office, particularly over their different approaches to the COVID-19 pandemic.

When Cuomo resigned, Trump called the former governor a “total loser.”

“He would decry the folks that worked with President Trump,” the source previously told The Post of Cuomo. “And now he dines among them.”

“It’s optics whiplash for everyone who has even dipped their toe into politics over the past few years,” they continued. “Andrew Cuomo tried to brand herself as the anti Trump and Kellyanne Conway tried to brand herself as the Trump Whisperer. Now these two have thrown it all away for a dinner, because clearly all of it was just a game. Not only are the two of them odd dinner guests and strange bedfellows but they spent years working to undermine the other person publicly.”
