Podcaster Benny Johnson said on Friday that he has it “effectively confirmed” by “highest levels of his campaign.”
“The people who have access to Donald Trump’s Twitter confirm that. So I think you should take it to the bank, I think you should expect it,” said Johnson speaking with Mario Nawfal, Michael Tracey and others in a Twitter Space.
And he said it was the DeSantis Twitter Space that has acted as an “accelerant” to what was already an inevitable return to the platform for Trump.

I don’t generally prefer to take this particular podcaster’s word “To the bank” but the news is blowing up on Twitter and the logic is there, so it could be correct.
If Trump does a Twitter Space — especially if it goes well — it will definitely deflate the uniqueness of DeSantis using it as his launch platform. Which is all the more reason Trump would want to, even though Truth is meant to compete with and eventually replace Twitter.
