FBI finally shows doc, reveals Burisma bribery scheme alleges 5 million paid to EACH Biden

As vice president, Joe Biden allegedly received a hefty $5 million payment from an executive at Burisma Holdings, a natural gas firm in Ukraine where Hunter Biden enjoyed a seat on the board.

Sources familiar with the contents of the now notorious FBI-generated June 30, 2020, FD-1023 form that alleges a criminal bribery scheme between then-VP Biden and a foreign national briefed Fox News Digital on what appears to be the sale of influence over U.S. policy decisions.

As BizPac Review has reported, there has been a very public tug-of-war over the FD-1023 form between the Republican-led House Oversight Committee and the FBI.

The document details an interview between the FBI and a confidential human source. The FBI has argued that the source’s reporting is unverified and would put the source in danger. Still, Committee chair James Comer (R-Ky.) has doggedly pursued it, going so far as to threaten FBI Director Christopher Wray with contempt if he didn’t produce it.

Finally, Wray “caved.”

“After weeks of refusing to even admit the FD-1023 record exists, the FBI has caved and is now allowing all members of the Oversight and Accountability Committee to review this unclassified record that memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a foreign national who claimed to have bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden,” Comer said in a statement.

According to Fox News Digital:

The Burisma executive sought the advice of the confidential source, a business professional, on gaining U.S. oil rights and getting involved with a U.S. oil company, the sources familiar with the document said. The Burisma executive was speaking with the confidential source to “get advice on the best way to go forward” in 2015 and 2016.

According to the FD-1023 form, the confidential human source said the Burisma executive discussed Hunter’s role on the board. The confidential human source questioned why the Burisma executive needed his or her advice in acquiring access to U.S. oil if he had Hunter Biden on the board. The Burisma executive answered by referring to Hunter Biden as “dumb.”

Burisma had no choice but to “pay the Bidens,” the executive told the confidential source, because of an investigation into Burisma by Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

The confidential source reportedly suggested that the exec “pay the Bidens $50,000 each.”

It’s “not $50,000,” the Burisma executive replied. It’s “$5 million.”

“$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden,” the executive told the confidential source, according to a source familiar with the FD-1023 document.

Fox News Digital reports:

A source familiar said according to the document, the $5 million payments appeared to reference a kind of “retainer” Burisma intended to pay the Bidens to deal with a number of issues, including the investigation led by Shokin. Another source referred to the arrangement as a “pay-to-play” scheme.

Sources familiar told Fox News Digital that the confidential human source believes that the $5 million payment to Joe Biden and the $5 million payment to Hunter Biden occurred, based on his or her conversations with the Burisma executive.

The confidential source said the Burisma executive told him he “paid” the Bidens in such a manner “through so many different bank accounts” that investigators would not be able to “unravel this for at least 10 years.”

The Bursima exec told the confidential human source that he “didn’t pay the Big Guy directly,” the document reveals.

Thanks to Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell,” we know the “Big Guy” is a reference to President Joe Biden.

If Fox News Digital is correct, the confidential human source will be difficult to dismiss. The outlet reports it has learned the confidential source has, since 2010, been used by the FBI as a regular source of reliable information — so much so, that the bureau has paid the person roughly $200,000 for his or her efforts.

The identity of the Burisma executive is a matter of speculation, with sources telling Fox News Digital that he appears to be at a “very, very high level” within the company. Though the name of the exec was redacted in the document, one source familiar believed it could be the head of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky.

Regardless, the confidential human source reportedly told the Burisma executive he should “get away” from the Bidens and warned he should “not want to be involved” with them, according to Fox’s sources familiar.

Among those given access to the FBI document were Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.).

“There’s no doubt in my mind that Joe Biden is guilty of bribery,” Luna told Fox News correspondent Chad Pergram, according to the Daily Mail. “There was two separate transactions, one that went to Joe Biden for $5 million, one that went to Hunter Biden for $5 million.”

On Twitter, Greene blasted Biden.

“The forms we forced the FBI and Director Wray to hand over today implicate Joe Biden in a foreign bribery pay-to-play scheme and list two more FD-1023 forms,” Greene tweeted on Thursday. “We’ll be reviewing those next week. Tomorrow, subpoenas go out for more bank accounts and wire transfers related to Ukraine.”

“They said it would take us 10 years to uncover all this evidence, and we’ve done it in 6 months,” she stated. “We will hold Joe Biden accountable.”
