Cute fonts, clever packaging, and misleading branding have led a generation of shoppers to believe TJs is where you buy good, healthy food

Your favorite "junk foods" are actually health foods if you use real ingredients

Here's how to make french fries at home in just a few minutes of work, with no toxic seed oils and zero guilt: Image
What you'll need:

- Organic Potatoes (any variety, 3-5 large ones will feed a family)

- Beef Tallow (24oz is plenty, and you can reuse it several times, link at the end)

- Sea Salt

- A stainless Steel stockpot

- A stove
