Andrew Tate claims he 'punched' a ghost in prison cell and 'sent it back to hell'

Andrew Tate has claimed he 'punched' a ghost while locked up in his prison cell, taking to Twitter and channelling his inner poet as he claims he 'sent it back to hell' with a swift hook

Controversial podcaster and alleged human trafficker Andrew Tate claims to have "punched" a ghost so hard in prison he "sent it back to hell".

Tate, 36, has made a string of bizarre claims as the cabin fever of his prison cell sets in, including that he manages 500 push ups and 500 squats a day.

Clearly with time on his hands now that he is inside a Romanian prison, the 36-year-old is working on his physical fitness, and putting it to good use.

Or so he claims, as in a recent tweet the alleged organised crime leader "identified a ghost" and "sent him back to hell".

Tate took to Twitter and levelled out a new verse presumably after he levelled a ghost and sent it back to the fiery pits.

His tweet read: "I was awoken last night by an icy chill and identified a ghost in my prison cell. He was terrified and begged me not to annihilate him.

"I sent him back to hell with a message for the demons. I am always ready."

Seemingly unconvinced by Tate's push to be the next Edgar Allen Poe, Twitter users mocked the recent artistic offering from the caged 36-year-old.

One user wrote: "That was a lawyer ghost, you f***ing idiot."

Another user suggested Tate use his time on the inside to "workshop a diss track about ghosts."

A third user replied with a clip from Billy Maddison, the hit Adam Sandler comedy, to denounce the poem as "one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard" and that "everyone is dumber" for it.

Others questioned the state of Tate as they figured he had been ingesting lead paint, with one writing: "Those flakes you're eating are not chips. They're paint and they seem to contain lead."

Tate has been caged for almost two months along with his brother Tristan as part of an investigation into human trafficking and rape allegations in Romania.
