STEP ONE:

Stop drinking tap water.

One of the (many) bad things about tap water is that it has fluoride.

In addition to lowering your IQ (we have the studies of pregnant mothers to show it), fluoride calcifies the pineal gland.

All intentional of course.

Stop using toothpaste with fluoride.

Get a shower filter to stop absorbing it into your skin, the largest organ of the body.

This is not to convince you of the benefits of fasting. Of which there are many.

St. Francis of Assisi and the Wolf of Gubbio

In the year of 1220

A wolf began causing havoc outside the city walls of Gubbio.

At first, it was just attacking livestock, and then progressed into killing humans.

It got the point where it was so bad, that few ever dared venture outside the gates alone.

St. Francis got word of this, and decided enough was enough. So he, with a crowd of witnesses following him.. confronted the wolf.

The wolf spotted St. Francis and began to sprint towards him with his jaw open.

St. Francis made the sign of the cross and commanded that the Wolf cease his attacks.

The wolf began walking gently towards the friar and gently laid his furry head into the hands of St. Francis.

St. Francis then began speaking to the wolf.
He told him that by killing God’s creations, he has committed sins and needs to repent.

And that if he stopped killing, he would be forgiven.

He gave the wolf a deal:

“It is hunger that is causing you to do this evil. If you stop attacking the humans and livestock, we will feed you every day of your life.”

The wolf extended his paw and shook on it.

And since that day, the Wolf of Gubbio became a loved member of the community who never again took a life.

He kept his promise. And when he died, received a proper burial upon which the whole town was saddened.

A Lesson in Aura.

St. Jerome and the Lion

St. Jerome lived in the years 347-420 and is famous for being the first to translate the Bible into Latin.

One day, while giving a lecture at the Monastery of Bethlehem, a lion approached the monks,

They all scattered and fled, except for St. Jerome, who noticed the Lion was limping.

Upon examining his paw, St. Jerome saw that there was a huge thorn, and promptly removed it.

From that day forth, the Lion became loyal to St. Jerome and the whole monastery enjoyed a wonderful friendship with him.

The lion would even help out with tasks like carrying water, and keeping watch, protecting the donkeys of the monastery.
