One potent advantage Trump has going into the election is the power of nostalgia and image. Normal people aren’t buying the “threat to democracy” line from the Dems. When I say normal people, I’m not even talking country/MAGA. I’m talking high school kids, urban/suburban 20somethings, people not at all plugged into Republican politics.

I’ve only seen three political candidates where the composition of their crowds has been notably different than normal Republican/Democrat politicians. Donald Trump in 2016 primary, RFK Jr rally against mandates, and Ron Paul in 2008.
