UPDATE: Lady FBI HERO?!?! The dog was an attacking pit bull. Was the shooting justified? Did the lady agent do nothing wrong? Let us know in the comments…

Many cops have been known to lose their cool under pressure, they’re only human and it’s part of the job, sadly.

But when you rise to a leadership position, where you’re literally in charge of the entire Philly FBI, much more control and professionalism is expected of you.

Sadly, one female special agent in charge didn’t come close to meeting those minimal expectations. Instead, she went wild and willy-nilly shot and killed a woman’s dog during an innocent evening stroll.

The female special agent’s name is Jacqueline Maguire. She spent 6 years working in the field and hasn’t worked a case in over 17 years… and it shows.

CBS News:

An off-duty FBI Special Agent fatally shot a dog in Rittenhouse Square on Monday night, authorities said.
Now, a protest is planned outside the FBI headquarters after the shooting, which happened before 8 p.m. on the 1500 block of Spruce Street.

A local animal rights group identified the dog as Mia, while calling the shooting “unacceptable.”
The dog’s owner and witnesses watched in horror Monday night.

According to reports the woman was walking her dog when another dog started attacking her dog. That’s when police say Jacqueline Maguire shot and killed the dog.

More from CBS:

Local animal rights organization “Revolution Philadelphia” also released a statement on the incident.

“This incident put several civilians in danger and this dog, known as Mia, lost her life,” spokesperson Tiffany Stair said. “This woman is a trained professional and a dog owner. Her first reaction should not be to shoot first. This is unacceptable and we are demanding that she be held accountable for her actions.”

Witnesses say they watched the deceased dog’s owner try to desperately comfort her dog.

This type of bumbling mistake shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. Now that Jacqueline Maguire and her female cohort are literally running the law enforcement show in Philly, the city as become an even bigger crime cesspool.

The “City of Brotherly Love” just recorded its 500th homicide under the watchful eye of these two inept ladies.

What kind of law enforcement professional walks around shooting random dogs on the street like this? A very undisciplined, scared, trigger-happy one, that’s who.

This woman should be removed from her post immediately. She’s unfit to serve.
