The wildly successful border policy known as” Title 42,” which the Trump administration implemented as a pandemic public health measure to reject migrants at the US-Mexico border, is set to expire on May 11th. This has raised a lot of questions about what will happen next, since Joe Biden has turned the border into one giant, chaotic free-for all.

People are wondering about the implications of the expiration of Title 42 and what could happen on the ground… the signs that we’re about to be overrun are everywhere.

The scene on the ground in El Paso is chaotic.

CNN is reporting that the federal government estimates more than 150,000 migrants were waiting in shelters and on the streets of northern Mexican states bordering the US this weekend, a source familiar with the estimates told CNN.

According to the report there are about 60,000 migrants in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, 35,000 in the state of Tamaulipas and 25,000 in the state of Coahuila. The government also estimates that there are hundreds of thousands of migrants in southern Mexico and Central American countries who are on their way to the United States.

Joe Biden doesn’t care. His admin likely welcomes this nation-crushing invasion.

Things were already looking bad, but this recent turn of events involving Title 42 has made our situation even worse than we could have imagined. However, there is some hope on the horizon. A well-known Trump supporter who goes by the handle “Mαχιмυs Knιgнт” has put together a list of actions we can take to not only survive this impending disaster but come out stronger on the other side.

1) Politely urge Sens. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Joe Manchin (D-WV), Jon Testor (D-MT), and Sherrod Brown (D-OH) – all up for reelection in 2024 – to support Republican, especially House Republican, plans for implementing an alternative to it and/or restoring former President Trump’s border policies. If all four join Rs, they can force Schumer to budge. 1A) Also urge Sinema and Manchin to switch/caucus with the GOP, thus flipping the Senate and ending the nightmare.

2) Politely urge border governors to deploy the National Guard to secure the border, ignoring the impotent feds.

3) Politely encourage border governors to activate the “Unorganized Militia” under Title 10 USC, Section 246 to offer logistical support to the Guard (Organized Militia). For example, the Texas Constitution grants county sheriffs and the state governor the authority to call upon the unorganized reserve militia to “uphold the peace, repel invasion, and suppress rebellion.” In Arizona, sheriffs can call upon private citizens to form “posses” to support deputies.

4) Urge Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to start working border security discussions into future debt ceiling talks.

5) Remind citizens in border towns to report any criminal trespassing on private land to local LEOs. Trespassing will get you deported and prevent you from ever receiving legal status.

6) Declare Drug Cartels Terrorist Organizations; freeze their assets; deploy US Special Forces south of the border to work on breaking their operations.

7) Reelect Donald J. Trump in 2024.
