The story that happened to this devastated family seems too shocking to be true, but tragically, it is true. California under the guise of “care,” removed a mentally distressed teen girl from her caring home, subjected her to testosterone treatments, and then sat back and watched as she walked onto a train track and was hit by a speeding train. This is the deadly face of leftist “progress” and so-called “compassion” in Joe Biden’s dystopian America.
A California mom has claimed her 19-year-old daughter was ‘murdered by gender ideology’ after the CPS removed her from her home because her parents didn’t affirm her transgender identity.
Abigail Martinez stood before the California Judiciary Senate last week to blame gender ideology for taking her daughter Yaeli’s life.
Yaeli Mozelle Galdamez died by suicide in September 2019, three years after CPS removed her from her mother’s home.
In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com in March 2022, Martinez accused her Los Angeles County school of encouraging Yaeli to take hormones and undergo gender reassignment surgery as a child, while failing to properly treat her severe depression.
‘The school was telling her to go to these LGBT groups behind my back. She went from questioning her sexuality to her gender,’ she said.

‘My daughter was taken from her loving home because the state of California claims I was abusive for not affirming her trans identity. I lost my daughter over a name and pronouns.’
May God bless this brave mother for speaking up. It’s alarming to think such events are occurring in America today under the false banner of “love and inclusivity.”
