Independent journalist Andy Ngo was handed yet another blindsided blow from the city of Portland and their lawless, illegitimate Antifa government. Ngo, who was suing Rose City Antifa for physically attacking him several years ago, was denied justice after a jury that was threatened and intimidated found Antifa not liable for Andy’s assault or injuries.

Post Millennial:

The jury has reached a verdict in the trial of investigative journalist Andy Ngo v. Rose City Antifa and its alleged affiliated members, in which they found both defendants John Colin Hacker and Elizabeth Renee Richter not liable in the civil case brought against them.

Ngo filed a complaint in Portland, Oregon in 2020, claiming assault and other injuries over alleged acts of violence carried out by members of Antifa, which began in 2019. Defandants John Colin Hacker and Elizabeth Renee Richter have been accused by Senior Editor of Post Millennial Andy Ngo of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, which was argued before a civil jury for more than a week at the Multnomah County Courthouse.

Defendants Hacker and Richter, who allegedly work as Antifa’s “doxxers,” which after identifying Ngo had led to a series of physical beatings on May 28, 2021, were found by the jury on Tuesday not liable for all of these claims. Evidence provided during the trial, along with testimony given by both defendants, asserts Ngo’s claims in the complaint.

The trial itself was nothing short of a circus sideshow, mirroring the unjust spectacle unfolding in blue cities nationwide, as we’ve seen with J6 defendants’ cases in D.C., Douglass Mackey’s conviction for sharing an anti-Hillary meme in NYC, and the numerous politically motivated prosecutions targeting President Trump. However, the Portland scenario takes it to another level of lawlessness, where Antifa seemingly wields complete and total power, even in a state courtroom. The Post Millennial piece continues.

During closing statements, defense lawyer Michelle Burrows told the jurors that not only does she self-identify as both a progressive and an “anti-fascist,” she strongly declared, “I am Antifa” and insisted upon making herself an “I am Antifa” t-shirt, which she said she would wear after the trial. Despite Antifa’s significant recorded history of violence, she told the jury that Antifa’s unfavorable reputation is untrue and depicted the organized militant group as activists fighting for social justice and civil rights.

In defense of Antifa, Burrows said, “Resistance in this country has never been peaceful.”

Sadly, this type of dystopian lawlessness is normal in a progressive hellhole like Portland.

To paint a picture of what an incredibly lawless, progressive wasteland Portland truly is,  consider this: it was in that very city that John Podesta and his cohorts strategized a plan to steal the 2020 election in case Trump had secured an Electoral College victory on Election Day.

Portland is a city where Antifa, not the police, directs the flow of traffic and decides who can use the city streets.

Antifa rules the roost, while Portland police sit back and watch the chaos unfold:

It was in the city of Portland where journalist Andy Ngo found himself subjected to a brutal on-camera attack by Antifa radicals, who pelted him with concrete milkshakes and other objects. So, given this track record from Antifa, it’s not surprising that this same criminal outfit would recruit a fellow comrade to serve as their lawyer and then brazenly issue threats to the jury. This level of audacity is enough to make the Mafia jealous.

During the trial, Antifa went out of its way to send not-so-subtle “messages” far and wide, essentially saying, “We’re well aware of your identity and capable of reaching you.” Obviously, jurors were privy to these messages, leaving them understandably spooked. Antifa directly and indirectly threatened journalists with utter disregard.

The one positive aspect amidst this travesty of justice is that it has inspired more patriots to respond. As Mike Benz points out, we must establish Red State Prosecution Factories that mirror the ones liberals have established in cities like New York and D.C.

This strategy will balance the scales and outsmart these tyrants on their own turf. It’s high time for red state Attorneys General to step up and help save this nation.
